With 88+ locations throughout New York and Pennsylvania, Crosby’s is the family owned and operated hometown choice for fresh pizza & subs, breakfast, on-the-go shopping, fuel & more! We can trace our roots back to 1922, with our organization being led more than a century later by 3rd and 4th generation members along with over 1,000 dedicated associates.
Our associates strive to “Add a Smile & Share a Smile” as a daily experience and culture within our stores. When you walk through the doors, we know you’ll find a real Team Spirit and Customer Focus. We work to “Add a Smile to Your Day” each time you visit us.
Crosby’s…Your Hometown Convenience Store!
Crosby’s associates, often complimented as friendly, polite and professional, serve customers each day. You’ll find fuel stations, an amazing selection of convenience shopping, and a variety of coffee and beverages. Stop in for our fresh made to order food options including Crosby’s signature baked pizzas, served whole or by-the-slice; fresh subs prepared in-house; calzones, and a wide variety of breakfast items, including our customer favorite breakfast pizzas. Most locations also serve chicken wings and various sides from crinkle cut French fries to jalapeno poppers and Pizza Logs.
Our Evolving History
Today, our 88+ Crosby’s stores are found in many small towns, villages, and suburban communities. Many locations serve as gathering spots, reliable fuel stations, convenience and grocery shopping, in addition to being a go-to destination for breakfast, pizza & subs. We are honored to support our local fire departments, school districts, youth sports leagues, community programs, and charitable organizations.
Our history throughout the communities we serve runs deep, and with over 100 years in the business, you can begin to understand why.
In 1922, at the dawn of the automobile era, J. Ward Reid Sr.’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to open a one-pump gasoline service station at Lake Avenue and Clinton Street in Lockport, NY. By the turn of the century, and with two significant convenience chain acquisitions, K&K Food Mart stores in 2002 and Crosby Dairy Mart stores in 2004; Reid Stores, Inc. was established to focus on the direct operation of company owned and operated convenience stores. In 2006, these stores converged to operate under one cohesive moniker, Crosby’s. In 2010, with the acquisition of Erie Petroleum, Crosby’s gained further reach into Northwestern Pennsylvania. By this time, our company had now reached nearly 50 locations spanning from Brockport, NY to Erie, PA. In 2017, MWS Enterprises was acquired, adding nearly 40 new Crosby’s owned and operated locations, covering Ontario to Chautauqua County.
