Why should I join/sign-up for My Crosby’s Rewards?
My Crosby’s Rewards is a free and easy-to-use loyalty program that saves you money and rewards you for purchases at participating Crosby’s locations. My Crosby’s Rewards customers can earn points on valid purchases (restrictions apply) both in the store and at the fuel pump, then redeem those points for rewards like food, snacks, coffee, fuel discounts, and more in the Rewards Catalog!
What should I do if I forgot my password?
Regain access to your My Crosby’s Rewards account by selecting “Forgot password?” on the website or app login screen, or CLICK HERE to request a new password.
Where is my My Crosby’s Rewards card?
We switched to virtual cards in 2022, so we do not have physical cards to send out when you sign up for My Crosby’s Rewards. What’s nice about this is that you will never have to worry about losing your card! Anytime you are at the register or the fuel pump, just enter your Alt ID (phone #) to use your My Crosby’s Rewards.
How do I use My Crosby’s Rewards to earn points and redeem rewards in the store?
In the store, you can either swipe your rewards card (if you have a physical card) or enter your alt ID (phone number) into the pin-pad at the cash register. If you have any available rewards on your account, the pin-pad will ask you if you want to redeem them. You may select yes or no.
How do I use My Crosby’s Rewards to earn points and redeem rewards at the fuel pump?
At the fuel pump, you must FIRST follow the prompts on the screen and either swipe you rewards card (if you have a physical card) or enter your alt ID (phone number) into the keypad. Continue following the prompts on the screen. If you have any available rewards on your account, the screen will ask you if you want to redeem them. You may select yes or no and then proceed with pumping your fuel.
How do I earn points?
Once you are registered for My Crosby’s Rewards, you will be eligible to earn 10 points for every $1 spent in store (restrictions apply), on the app, and at crosbysstores.com. You will also be eligible to earn 5 points for every gallon of fuel purchased at the pump (restrictions apply). To earn points, just swipe your rewards card (if you have one) or enter your Alt ID (phone #) at the beginning of every transaction.
Are there any products for which I cannot earn points?
Currently, you are not able to earn points on lotto, lottery, tobacco products, alcohol, and gift cards. For a full list of exclusions please reference our My Crosby’s Rewards terms and conditions.
How do I redeem my points?
On the Crosby’s App: Login to your account and click the REWARDS icon on the homepage. Depending how many points you currently have, you can choose the reward(s) you want and click the REDEEM xxx POINTS button underneath it.
Online at mycrosbysrewards.com: Login to your account and click the REDEEM POINTS tab. Depending how many points you currently have, you can choose the reward(s) you want and click ADD TO CART button next to it. Then, click CHECKOUT in your CART on the right.
Will my points expire?
- Points will automatically expire 12 months after they are earned, at the end of the corresponding month. This shall be referred to as the expiration period. For example, points earned on June 25, 2026 will expire on June 30, 2027 if not redeemed. All points earned prior to May 1, 2026 will be treated as if they were earned on April 30th, 2026 and will expire on April 30th, 2027 if not redeemed. If you go a year (365 days) without using your My Crosby’s Rewards card, all your points will expire at that time.
How do I redeem rewards (including birthday reward and Tuesday/Thursday 2 pizza deal)?
At the register: Swipe your rewards card or enter your alt ID (phone #). Once your items are rung into the terminal, if you have any rewards on your account for any of the items in your transaction, the pin-pad will prompt you and ask if you want to redeem whatever associated reward you may have. You may select yes or no.
At the fuel pump: Swipe your reward card or enter your alt ID (phone #). If you have any available fuel discounts on your account, the screen will ask if you want to redeem it. You may select yes or no.
Do rewards expire?
Yes, rewards do have expiration dates, and these can vary depending on the type of reward:
- Rewards Catalog Items (redeemed with points): Valid for 30 days from the date they are added to your account.
- Birthday Rewards: Available for 14 days from your birthday.
- Other Promotional Rewards: Expiration dates may vary and will be noted in the reward details when issued.
We recommend checking your account regularly to ensure you use your rewards before they expire.
Do fuel rewards have a maximum dollar or gallon amount?
